I have given a trip as a present to my parents for February so it was rather embarrassing to hear the following:||||Firstly the Gentleman who is looking after the apartments does not live there therefore he needs to arrange a certain time to meet the guests and hand over the keys. This would be fine, however it is not fine that he nags the people for a strict arrival time. When my parents arrived more than half an hour later to the location he mentioned that 'he has been waiting here for long'. This in my opinion is a highly unprofessional welcome. As it turns out in my second point we know why he didn't wanna wait for long...||||Second point: The room was freezing cold. This was at the end of February when Hungary is still in winter time...temperatures ranging from 5-13 degrees if you're lucky. The heating was off all day long and it only came up during the night. What was even worse, my parents had no heating on the first night and when they contacted the gentleman who runs the business he said he'll sort it out the next morning. The next morning he came and told them it's perfectly normal not to have heating on during the day in Spring!||||Other than these two points, I was told the rooms were clean and in summer time this would probably be a nice place to stay. ||||My advice is...if you want to stay in a warm place do not choose David Apartman...

„UNFREUNDLICH UND UNVERSCHÄMT”||||Es wäre alles viel besser, wäre beim Vermieter etwas mehr Verständnis und Menschlichkeit vorhanden. Das hat aber zu wünschen gelassen. Sein Umgangston war unverschämt, erhat über eine durchgebrannte Glühbirne gejammert und über ein abgerissenes Stück Draht (!!!) an der WC-Papier-Halterung. Meine Schwiegermutter (89) war während des Aufenthaltes gestürzt (Beckenbruch). Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Hilfe. Der Rettungsdienst hat beim Abholen der Kranken wegen der Enge den Schlüssel in der Tür der Ferienwohnung abgebrochen, wir mussten 100 € berappen und der Vermieter hat den Schaden schnell behoben. Wer im Urlaub auch Freundlichkeit, Menschlichkeit und Entgegenkommen des Vermieters haben möchte, ist mit einer Buchung bei diesem Vermieter schlecht beraten.
